Wrestling Career
Born Austin Watson on September 4, 1986, in Columbus, Georgia, he didn't only focus on physical strength but also pursued academic excellence, earning degrees in psychology and philosophy. Beginning his wrestling career in 2005 with Ultimate Christian Wrestling, he initially entered the ring under his given name. By 2009, as Xavier Woods, he teamed with Jay Lethal to capture the TNA World Tag Team Championship. His unrelenting drive led him to WWE, where he rose as part of The New Day.
Gamer and Guinness World Record Holder
Woods extended his influence beyond the ring to forge a throne in the gaming community. He launched his gaming YouTube channel, UpUpDownDown, which amassed a following and clinched a Guinness World Record for “Most Subscribed-to Celebrity Video Gaming Channel." His passion for gaming earned him a spot in the video game 'Gears 5' and a hosting role on the resurrected G4 network.
Championships and Comebacks
Despite encountering his share of injuries, Woods' resilience has never wavered. He conquered WWE's King of the Ring tournament, adopting the moniker King Woods.
